Privacy
What we keep about you, why we keep it, and what you can do about it.
What we keep
Your username, your phone number or email (at least one), your name if you give it, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your balance and every money line on it, your passes, bookings, gifts, orders and visits, and the cards bound to your account.
Why
To run your account: to know your balance at every hub, to start and time your sessions, to let staff find you at the counter, to send you the gifts people send you, and to answer questions about a payment.
Where you sign in from
When you sign in we record the time, the address your connection comes from, and the city and network that address belongs to (looked up through IPinfo and kept for 30 days), so you can see your own sign-in history and we can spot someone else using your account.
Payments
Online payments go through Paystack. We receive the amount and a reference, never your card number.
What staff see
At the counter staff see your username, your name and your balance. Your phone and email are shown partly hidden; seeing them in full is recorded against the staff member who looked.
Messages
Emails for your account (a gift for you, a password reset) and, only if you allow them in your browser, notifications: a station free for you, a booking soon, five minutes left, a top-up received, an order ready. Each can be switched off.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by scripts on the page, and nothing on the site tracks you for advertising.
Staff photos
Staff take a photo when they clock in at the counter. It is kept for the time set by the business and then deleted. Members are never photographed by the system.
Your choices
You can change your phone, email and password on the site, see your sign-in history, and ask to delete your account from Settings. Deleting removes your contact details and closes the account; the money lines stay, without your name, because the accounts must still add up.
